Here is a brief "elevator speech" update and the next step forward to identify an appropriate community in India or a qualified designated non-profit, 501-c-3 organization necessary to execute the Foundation grant to support Twin 01 and Twin 02 as the next step forward.

            A response to the "Enabling Question" below is appreciated to move forward with the next step to submit Grant proposal to Ed.Gov and to to be identified Foundations that support the three IRS Charitable Purpose grant as given below.

            The missing element is a necessary "partner" to execute the grant proposal to execute the Twin Project Demo as we have been discussing.

            Here is are the three IRS Charitable Purpose Definition under which the "Twin Project" is being developed.

            Twin Project Qualifying Charitable Purpose for Cafe Twin Show :

                        01. advancement of education or science;

                        02. combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.

                        03. lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions.
